About the opportunity

To help run sessions of 4th Tavistock Rainbows at Tavistock Methodist Hall on Mondays 5 - 6 pm.

About Tavistock Division of Girlguiding UK

Rainbows (5 to 7 years old), Brownies (7 to 11 years old), Guides (11 to 15 years old), and Senior Section (14 to 26 years old) - these units hold weekly meetings with planned programmes of activities such as craft, music, world issues, the importance of the Girlguiding Promise, agility and working through the Girlguiding handbook. Dartmoor is used for various activities with the help of Tavistock Outdoor Education Forum for kayaking, climbing, caving and so on. Annual indoor residential and outdoor camp events are arranged; public and community service within the Tavistock area helps to develop skills and knowledge in good citizenship.
