The technical team will also be on hand at the end of every session to answer any of your questions.

To do this we ask you to:

• Turn off your mobile phones
• Respect the trainer and other delegates, this means absolutely no talking over each other
• Understand that if the trainer can’t answer your questions immediately, you will receive an answer at the end of the session after we’ve had a chance to consult with colleagues
• Be patient with other delegates; some people take longer to learn than others
• Respect other people’s views.
