How to change your contact details
If your organisation has moved, you'll need to change your details in V-Base.
To change your contact details that appear on the Do-it website you will need to do that through V-Base.
Within V-Base go to the Administration section and click on “Contact Details”. Here you can change details including your organisation name, address, phone and fax numbers, email and website address.
The email address you supply on this page is the address that receives do-it.org.uk applications from volunteers, If you select “VB as contact point" on the opportunities.

Note it is only possible to have ONE email address in this field, otherwise your details will be incorrect.
It is also crucial that your postcode details are correct, otherwise we cannot process any new opportunities you upload that have the “VB as contact point” field selected.
Please bear in mind that you will have to do an upload for these changes to affect your online opportunities and once the upload has transferred to the do-it.org.uk website, it can take up to half an hour for the changes to take effect.
