V-Base 2.5

Used by over 400 organisations, V-Base is the UK's leading software for volunteering management. We offer support from a dedicated team who run the V-Base helpdesk. Get in contact if you need support.

Contacting the Support helpdesk

You can contact the team online, on the phone or by email.

Online

Should you require V-Base support it is possible to get help whenever you need it via the V-Base Solutions archive and self-service case logging system.

You can log your own support cases via the self-service portal. Logging cases online allows you to log your support cases outside our normal opening hours.

The self-service portal is available via our online support.

Telephone

If you need help over the phone, the V-Base Support team can be contacted by telephone between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, on 0845 4500 220 (local call rate).

Wherever possible, please try to call the helpline while you are at the computer where V-Base is used - a member of the V-Base Support team will usually need to ask you questions about messages on the screen, or explain how to use the features.

If you are having technical problems, rather than needing help with how to use a feature, please gather as much information as possible about the problem and be as precise as possible when describing it.

If V-Base creates an error log, please send it to us and add as much information about the problem as possible - i.e. what you were doing at the time and if you can recreate the error.

Email

In addition to our support line and online service support is available via email. If you wish to email the Support team please send all correspondence to support@v-base.org.

Case logging

The V-Base Support team maintains a database of all errors and problems reported by V-Base users. Cases are marked as open or unresolved until the team is satisfied that the problem is fixed, or until the V-Base user informs us that the problem has been fixed. Once you have contacted the Support helpdesk providing you have an email address you will be sent an email with a case number and information about your case.

For more information about our case logging please read our service statement
