Important changes to V-Base Recruiter

Secure Connection
Security of your data is of the upmost importance to us. That is why we have taken steps to enhance the level of security in your V-Base Recruiter account.
V-Base Recruiter is now accessed via secure HTTPS connection.
When you log in and throughout V-Base Recruiter you will see a green bar as shown.
FireFox

How it will display in FireFox
By clicking on the green bar information about the certificate will display.
Internet Explorer

How it will display in Internet Explorer
By clicking on the padlock more information about the encrypted connection will display.
Accessing V-Base Recruiter
When logging on to V-Base Recruiter, you will automatically be redirected to the new logon via your existing link.
VeriSign

V-Base Recruiter will use the VeriSign security certificate to ensure a secure connection.

Passwords

Within V-Base Recruiter, the password field in "Add/Edit Organisation Details" will now be asterisked so passwords are not visible.
Note: If a sub-account organisation has lost or forgotten their password, the main account holder will have to provide the sub-account with a new password.
