V-Base Recruiter

V-Base Recruiter is for national or regional organisations who'd like to post opportunities to Do-it. It's an alternative to using our V-Base software.

How to get support for problems with your V-Base Recruiter account

Online

Support for V-Base Recruiter is always available online through solutions archive and self-service case logging system.

You can log your own support cases via the self-service portal. Logging cases online allows you to log your support cases outside our normal opening hours.

Telephone

If you're experiencing problems with your V-Base Recruiter account, please contact the team on 0845 241 2182 (local rate) between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

If you call for support it is advisable to be in front of your computer, ideally already logged into your account.

Email

In addition to our support line and online service support is available via email. If you wish to email us please send all email to v-baserecruiter.support@do-it.org.uk. It's really helpful if you can clearly state your question and remember to supply contact details, including:  your name; organisation name; and telephone number. This all helps us diagnose the problem and get back to you quickly and easily.

Case logging

The team maintains a database of all errors and problems reported by V-Base Recruiter users. Cases are marked as open or unresolved until the team is satisfied the problem is fixed, or until the V-Base Recruiter user informs us that the problem has been fixed. Once you have contacted the helpdesk you will be sent an email with a case number and information about your case.
