Support Change: From 1 March 2012, we'll be changing the opening hours to our technical support helpline. In future, it will be open between 10am and 3pm, Monday-Friday.

Don't forget that support is also available via our product support website 24 hours a day! You'll also find our new service announcements page there, which contains updates on any known issues with any of products and services.

V-Base 2.5 / Do-it: Issue with Do-it applications received by V-Base 2.5 users. The volunteer message text is not currently being placed in the volunteers activity once imported into V-Base 2.5.

However this message is received within the original email text file attached and V-Base 2.5 and users can copy this information and paste into the volunteer activity.

Currently we are working on fixing this problem and a resolution will go live as soon as possible, please check back for further updates.

V-Base 2.5 / Do-it: The previous issue regarding volunteer availability not appearing in new volunteer applications has been resolved and will go live today. Any applications received after this communication should work as-per-normal. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

V-Base 2.5 / Do-it: Currently Do-it volunteer applications received by V-Base 2.5 users will notice that the volunteers availability times are not importing into V-Base. Currently we are working to resolve this issue and expect the resolution will go live very soon. Details will be posted here when this problem has been resolved.

In the meantime whilst this issue is ongoing V-Base 2.5 users will have to enter the volunteers availability times manually whilst importing the volunterr application. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

V-Base 2.5 / Do-it: Problems with Do-it volunteer applications and the employment status has been resolved. Any applications you may have received before the 12th January may have the employment status listed as 'in training'. If you have any applications with this staus please change the value to 'student' and save the profile as normal.

If this is causing problems that do not allow you to enter activities in to V-Base 2.5 then please do a compact and repair on your database, full instructions can be found in this guide. If this problem persists please contact us.
