What will the support team do for you?

Do-it Product Support Service Statement

This service statement covers the provision and support of Do-it Support team, which provides application support for products and services used by partner organisations.

This statement remains as valid until revised, and will be reviewed annually.

Service Description

The Do-it Support team is responsible for supporting end-users running Do-it products and services such as V-Base, V-Base Recruiter (Formerly known as the Online Poster System) and the Syndication of volunteering opportunities to third-party websites. These products allow our partner organisations to upload their opportunities to Do-it.

The technical support team also support the syndication of volunteering opportunities to third-party websites.

Service Support Hours

Partners can expect support for the service to be available during all regular business hours unless notified otherwise via email communication. Out of working hours users can access support content and log issues via the Do-it application Support website.

Regular hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Support cannot be expected on weekends or on all national bank holidays. Support is also not available over the Christmas period from 24th December through to the first working day of January.

Any changes to the opening hours either due to staff shortages or un-anticipated down time will be communicated to all partners where possible.

Partner Support

The point of contact for users will be through the Support helpdesk. There are many ways to request application help and support.

If all Support team members are unavailable, an effort to return all messages (with a telephone call or email where available) will be made as soon as possible.
