- What is V-Base?
V-Base is a volunteering recruitment and management software. V-Base has a range of tools to help you manage and match your volunteers and opportunities. With the customisable reports you can quickly analyse your information to find conversion rates, demographic breakdowns and much more. V-Base is the only volunteering management software that enables you to post your opportunities directly onto Do-it.
- What type of organisations use V-Base?
V-Base is aimed at large volunteer involving organisations who want to recruit a large number of volunteers and do not already have a contacts database for their volunteers. To help you decide whether V-Base is right for you, you can explore the three different ways in which organisations can post their opportunities on Do-it.
- What if I already use V-Base Recruiter?
If you already use V-Base Recruiter to upload your opportunities onto Do-it, you do not need to use V-Base as well. If however you are looking for a way to store information about volunteers and opportunities or generate reports on this information, V-Base may be more suitable for you than V-Base Recruiter. Please contact us to discuss these options further.
- What is the difference between V-Base and V-Base Recruiter?
Both V-Base and V-Base Recruiter allow you to advertise your volunteering opportunities on Do-it.
V-Base is a PC-based database software that enables you to manage your opportunities and volunteers. If you are promoting volunteering opportunities on behalf of other organisations, V-Base also allows you to store details of the organisations you are working with and link them to specific opportunities. It also allows you to produce tailored reports.
V-Base Recruiter allows you to easily upload your volunteering opportunities onto Do-it via an account accessed through the Do-it website. You can create sub accounts for your regional offices, other staff members or even individual project. Sub account holders will then be able to upload and manage their own volunteering opportunities. V-Base Recruiter also allows you to advertise your opportunities countywide.
