What is V-Base?|
Used by over 400 organisations, V-Base is the UK's leading software for volunteering and recruitment management.
Developed by Do-it in partnership with volunteering agencies, V-Base is easy to learn and use. It has a range of tools to help you manage your volunteering programme and is the only software that enables you to post your opportunities directly onto Do-it: the National Volunteering Database.
V-Base has been designed with volunteer infrastructure organisations in mind. There is password protection and different user settings so that access to information can be controlled and privacy protected.
It can be run on a single computer or installed on a local area network so that data can be shared between several users within your organisation.
You don't have to be permanently connected to the internet to use V-Base. Instead, you can work offline to update records, generate reports and much more, and then connect to the internet to post your new or updated opportunities on Do-it.
What can I do with V-Base?
As a volunteer management tool, V-Base can simplify your day to day tasks. V-Base allows users to enter and manage information about volunteers, opportunities and organisations. Activities which you carry out with each of these groups can be recorded, making it easy to pull off tailored reports for funders. Find out more about the functionality and benefits of using V-Base.
What type of organisations use V-Base?
