The Students' Blog
If you think students spend all their spare time avoiding studying, going out with their mates and having a good time then you'd be right. Well our student bloggers do anyway. While they assure us they don't slack on the study, they've got a lot to answer for when it comes to enjoying themselves while volunteering.

Youth Achievement Award
Hi everyone!!
Just thought I'd let you know that I am beginning to work towards a Youth Achievement Award to do with my volunteering. I am really excited and I am starting my Youth Work placement on Saturday and the Deaf Centre on Thursday. I start my work with students in schools next week and the Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award. I begin my Youth Work course and GCSE German qualification next week
So things are looking good so far.
See you soon.

I'm a college student in South Korea who is very interested in your volunteering activity in UK. Actually, I have a plan to visit UK in July with my team members because we want to know about 'probono' which is unfamiliar concept in my country. Do you know probono ? We try to know how college students can be helpful specialists for community and themselves.
On this website, especially this student's blog, there are lots of students who have already started volunteering to be probono. I think your help would be very needed for us. I'd like to visit Do-it office or interview members of this organization. I need the permission of visiting.
My email adress is geunbal-AT-gmail-DOT-com.
Please let us know probono and your group's activity.
Sincerely, from Geun Hye Kim in South Korea
