The Students' Blog
If you think students spend all their spare time avoiding studying, going out with their mates and having a good time then you'd be right. Well our student bloggers do anyway. While they assure us they don't slack on the study, they've got a lot to answer for when it comes to enjoying themselves while volunteering.

St. John adult division
Hi people, hope you are all well.
Cadets is the part of St. John for young people between the ages of 10 and 16. Badgers is for children younger that this, kinda like Ashlee's rainbows. Links is then for univercity students, however adult memebers of St. John also regualy meet. Anyone over the age of sixteen can go to the meetings where lots of new skills can be learned, experienece gained, and new friends made.
i have been going to the adult division regually for a while now, and am encouragaing some of teh older cadets to come along to. It is a great way to develop both first aid and interpersonal skills as you get to meet lots of new people all over the county.
If anyone wants to join their adult, cadet or badger division you can find out where your nearest oen si by visiting: http://www.sja.org.uk/counties/default.asp
Don't be scared you can just viosit or ring the contact details given and find out more infor - or just ask me for any information you need. It's really good to go.
