Let's face it, most people who volunteer are passionate about helping people - but for some influencing social change is also important. Volunteering for a campaigning organisation allows volunteers to help make things happen for large charities. Find out what the grass roots activists get up to here.

Research

Hi

Short entry this week.

Well this week was fun I was working with another volunteer on putting together questionnaires to volunteers and staff on Training and Development.  To be sent to Volunteers and Volunteer Managers Barnardos UK. The idea of the research is to see if the training available to volunteers is helping and whether there needs to be more training put in place or qualifications and programmes like the YAA.

Next week we're going Christmassy were going for lunch and I think I will be looking at my own training and development as well.

Don't forget if you want to know anything about volunteering at Barnardos leave me a question on the comments and I will try and answer it in my blogs.

Anyway bye for now.
